Paint schemes in this folder are for the "J" models only, EXCEPT for  "JK_44th_Suzy Q" which for the D model.

description=Consolidated B-24J-70-CF 44-10656 went to the RAF as KG991, who in turn assigned it to No.321 (Dutch) Squadron, a squadron operated by Dutch Naval pilots. It was used for anti-submarine and -shipping patrols over the Indian Ocean, first from Ceylon, later from the Cocos Islands and the Dutch East Indies. It was damaged beyond repair when it overshot during landing and the nosewheel collapsed in Semarang, Java, on September 26, 1945.  Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.

The aircraft was lost on August 16, 1943 on a mission to Foggia, Italy, when it was intercepted by Me109 fighters and was last seen burning on an Italian beach. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.
